Do you have a question about what programs are available for you in the community, how to pursue citizenship, or do you need help with reading a letter or bill? Social Services can help. We work in three main areas: general information and referral, citizenship services, and notary public service. Our staff members are bilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, Toishanese, as well as English. For speakers of other languages, we use on-demand, telephonic interpretation services.
We are located in Family Bridges' main administrative building at 168 11th Street, in downtown Oakland. We are accessible by car, BART, and AC transit.
