The Social Services program is Family Bridges' longest running program, dating back to the organization's founding in 1968. This program integrates new immigrants into the mainstream community by providing linguistically and culturally appropriate information and referral services.

Our staff members are bilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, Toishanese, as well as English. For speakers of other languages, we use on-demand, telephonic interpretation services.

We are located in Family Bridges' main administrative building at 168 11th Street, in downtown Oakland. We are accessible by car, BART, and AC transit.
